Our Client is currently seeking an experienced Interim Deputy Director of Nursing for a period of 3 months. The ideal candidate will have similar experience at corporate level with an Acute Trust and will provide professional leadership to the nursing staff.

Duties/Responsibilities

- Provide professional leadership to all nursing staff to ensure continuous development
- Ensure the culture of nursing leadership and the organisation values are embedded and promoted at all times
- Develop and implement nursing standard within the organisation with reference to national policy and statutory obligations
- Develop and maintain a culture which embeds clinical quality and patient safety and ensure continuous improvements
- Lead on the development and monitoring a range of national and local policies and standards to support the provision of high quality care
- Lead and promote on best practice and innovation
- Lead on providing expert advice to improve quality outcomes
- Provide strategic leadership in developing patient experience and quality management
- Lead on robust process management on SI's, - Complaints and Clinical Risk
- Deputise when required.
