Our Client, a Commissioning organisation, is currently seeking a proven Interim Head of Primary Care for a minimum of 3 months.

The ideal candidate will lead and support the effective and sustainable foundation of the integrated health and social care system.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Develop and implementation of the Primary care strategy
- Development of effective relationships to engage and deliver the commissioning strategy and the wider system integration
- Ensure the Primary Care is engaged in the delivery of transformational change to improve outcomes
- Develop and embed relevant governance process to enable accountability and monitoring of the service and contractual performance.
- Engage with GP's to review and redesign services and care pathways
- Ensure the delivery of transformational projects from start to finish
