Pure Interim are currently consulting with our NHS Client seeking an Interim Medical Staffing Officer for 3 months minimum. The deliverables are related to Doctors recruitment dealing with Deaneries, AAC panels, Doctors rotation and JD's.

Duties/Responsibilities

Deliver solutions and recruitment plans for the Trust
Consult with Clinical and Corporate staff members to develop and implement recruitment campaigns
Using best practice and policies in advertising and recruitment of temporary and permanent staff
Utilise and develop current recruitment process and strategy working in partnership with HR BP's
Support the rotation of Doctors
Conducting tradition Medical Staffing duties and supporting the Recruitment team
