Pure Interims are currently consulting with our NHS Client seeking an experienced Programme Manager for a 3 month assignment based in Greater London. The overall programme is based on Primary Care transformation and requires an individual with strong relevant experience.
Brief Duties/Responsibilities:
- To produce and develop project business cases while contributing to new models of care
- Provide service improvement recommendations and outline planning for implementation
- Significant stakeholder engagement to drive the agenda attracting buy-in from senior stakeholders with evidence based research
- Provide strategic support in Primary Care transformation and Integrated Care
- Contribute to the development of the Strategic Commissioning Framework
